Mia’s teacher keeps jars of emotions in the class to help the kids learn how to manage and control their emotions. When the frustration gets out, Mia is determined to find out who did it.
Mia observes several of her classmates showing signs of frustration. She asks why and helps her friends calm their bodies with a helpful phrase taught by her teacher, “We have the power to make and shape our day. Think about your blissful place, then respond in the best way”.
Mia unravels the mystery and helps her friends cope with their frustration—that upsetting feeling that affects each person so differently. If ever the frustration escapes from the jar again, Mia has made sure that her friends—as well as everyone reading along—will have the confidence to manage them.
